We already knew that #ThereIsNoSummerWithoutKisses, but now we also know that #InMadridThereIsABeach. And what a great one! We created a beach from scratch in the middle of the retreat, to be able to have an incomparable setting for a tenth anniversary full of glamour, reunions, gastronomy, music and above all many Kisses. An organization down to the last detail in which, in addition to the transformation of the space, we played with the effects on the guest through mapping and immersive effects, live music and the most famous B in the world.
#InMadridThereIsABeach: Beso Beach transforms the Retiro into a summer paradise
Celebrating a tenth anniversary is always a special moment, but doing it in a unique and surprising way is what really leaves a mark. To commemorate its history, Beso Beach decided to show that #InMadridThereIsABeach , and we made it happen. From scratch, we created a beach in the heart of Retiro Park , offering the 400 VIP guests an exclusive experience, full of glamour, reunions, high-level gastronomy and live music .
Every detail of the event was designed to bring the essence of Beso Beach to a completely unexpected setting. The sand, the summer breeze, the relaxed atmosphere and the most famous “B” in the world were fused with immersive technology and a sensory show that took attendees to an oasis in the heart of Madrid.
A stage transformed into an exclusive paradise
The key to this event was the total transformation of the space. We turned an area of the Retiro into a sophisticated beach, taking care of every detail to make the experience as authentic as possible. From the arrangement of the furniture to the lighting effects, everything was designed to make guests feel transported to the seashore.
Immersive experiences: beyond a celebration
To further elevate the experience, we implemented a combination of mapping, visual effects and live music . Every moment was enveloped in a vibrant atmosphere, where sensorial interaction played a key role. Immersive projections and light shows recreated the reflection of the sun on the water, while the musical selection captured the essence of summer at Beso Beach.
