An unforgettable encounter: cohesion and strategy in an apocalyptic environment
The client was looking to organise an annual meeting for its employees, bringing together around 120 attendees. This event had to fulfil a clear objective: to foster connections between departments, reinforcing cohesion and team spirit among all members of the company. As an additional requirement, the venue had to be located a maximum of one hour from Barcelona, and the day had to run between 9:00 and 17:00, including breakfast, lunch and a final party. The agency was given complete freedom to propose the location, theme and main dynamics of the event.
Central dynamics: Collaborative Escape Room
For the main activity, we designed an escape room-type format with team-based tests. Each team had to solve specific challenges, but the overall success of the event depended on the collaboration between teams, pooling their progress and strategies to overcome the challenges. All the tests were custom-designed, integrating key values and data from the client's brand, ensuring that the experience was personalized and aligned with their identity.
In addition, the dynamics combined teamwork with moments in which participants had to identify the member best prepared to lead a specific task, promoting both group cohesion and individual development.
An apocalyptic theme with a touch of branding
The theme of the event revolved around an apocalyptic scenario, centered on a biological attack. Taking advantage of the fact that the company belongs to the chemical sector, we used an approach that connected directly with their daily lives: employees were able to participate wearing their usual white coats, which allowed the brand identity to be implemented naturally and effectively throughout the dynamic.
For the occasion, we selected an old thread factory as the location. This industrial space allowed us to create a unique and immersive atmosphere, which we complemented with a completely personalized setting. Every detail of the setting contributed to immersing the participants in the narrative of the event, making this experience memorable.

The main activity lasted 5 intense hours, followed by 3 hours of food, party and key moments such as the speeches by management, sales and human resources, which reinforced the company's communication and motivation objectives.
