Team dynamics evolve, and what better way to strengthen the bonds between colleagues than through an experience that combines creativity, collaboration and fun. For Cisco , we organized a Team Cooking Experience in Barcelona for 40 participants , where we replaced meetings with cooking, notes with ingredients and meetings with a tailor-made dinner… by the attendees themselves!

The day was designed to foster teamwork in a different way, immersing participants in a relaxed environment where every detail of the menu became a shared challenge. From the selection of ingredients to the final presentation, each step required coordination, communication and, above all, a lot of fun .

Cooking up connections, strengthening teams

The event kicked off with a wine tasting to awaken the senses and set the mood. Then, attendees got down to work in a tapas workshop , where each group had to organize themselves to make different gastronomic creations under the guidance of expert chefs. The dynamic not only encouraged collaboration, but also allowed the team to discover new skills, creating an atmosphere of trust and motivation.

As the activity progressed, the competitive spirit and creativity became evident. The teams not only prepared their dishes, but also designed the final presentation, giving a personal touch to each proposal. Everything culminated in a large shared dinner , where the participants enjoyed the result of their work in a relaxed atmosphere, reinforcing the cohesion of the group in a unique way.
