For Transperfect , we organised a welcoming and vibrant Christmas market at Barcelona’s iconic Llotja de Mar , where 500 employees enjoyed an evening full of music, gastronomy and interactive experiences designed to surprise and unite the team.

Every corner of the event was designed to transport attendees to an authentic Christmas market , with a warm and festive atmosphere, and a range of personalized stalls that made the evening a unique experience.

A Christmas market full of experiences

From the entrance, guests were greeted with an immersive atmosphere where every detail counted. A tour of different themed stalls offered a perfect combination of entertainment and gastronomy: personalized caricatures, ham carving stations, signature cocktails and live music , all designed so that each attendee could enjoy their own tailor-made experience.

The challenge was to transform the historic Llotja de Mar into a welcoming Christmas market without losing its majestic essence. To do this, we took care of every detail of the decoration, lighting and ambiance , creating a space that conveyed warmth and exclusivity in equal parts. The overall coordination of the event ensured that everything flowed naturally, allowing attendees to immerse themselves in the celebration without worries.
