This is how we created a unique event in Bangkok, within the framework of the Incosmetics Asia fair with our client Provital, in which we took care of the logistics of the venue, workshop, decoration, gastronomy, music, live streaming and coordination of the live performance.

Working away from home is never easy. Doing it over 9,000 kilometres away , with multiple factors at play and a major event, is a real challenge. But if there is one thing that defines our essence, it is the ability to overcome challenges every day, every month, every year . It is our DNA.
Within the framework of the Incosmetics Asia fair , we designed together with Provital an impeccable event at the exclusive Lebua Hotel in Bangkok . A project in which we took care of every detail, guaranteeing a perfect execution in an international environment where logistics, creativity and coordination were key to success.
A global production with a local focus
The event combined a professional workshop with an immersive experience that elevated the brand in a premium environment. We managed the venue logistics, décor, gastronomy and live music , ensuring that each element reflected Provital ’s identity and connected with international attendees. In addition, the event featured a live stream that amplified its reach, allowing the impact to transcend beyond Bangkok.

Beyond planning, the key was the flawless live execution . From the arrival of guests to the synchronization of content and experiences, each phase of the event was orchestrated with precision.
