When gastronomy becomes the bridge that unites cities and teams , the result is an action as dynamic as the one we organised for Roca Sanitarios . A travelling Team Cooking that travelled through different cities in Spain and Portugal , in which the company's factories competed in a friendly way through cooking, representing different gastronomic cultures from around the world .

A culinary competition between venues to strengthen unity

The event had a twofold objective : to encourage collaboration between teams through a healthy culinary competition, while at the same time generating a positive impact with a solidarity ranking . Each department had to represent an international cuisine , facing off against other teams to demonstrate their creativity and culinary skills.

Beyond the fun and healthy rivalry, each event had a social commitment . At the end of the day, the food prepared by the teams was delivered to Cáritas , reinforcing the positive impact of the initiative. The action not only united employees from different locations, but also left a mark on the community, becoming an event with a purpose .
